What is Cooking Group?
Gain confidence and cooking skills with Autism SA’s Adult Cooking Group this school holidays.
Autism SA’s Adult Cooking Group is a practical, skill-building group focusing on cooking and food safety.
Supported by Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, participants have the opportunity develop their social communication skills whilst learning useful, everyday cooking skills.
This program is offered in the northern area of Adelaide at Autism SA’s Elizabeth location.
How can I benefit from joining the program?
Autism SA’s cooking groups give individuals on the autism spectrum opportunities to develop and build their confidence in cooking skills.
How can I access the program?
