Autism SA wants your help to make a digital resource for employers. The resource aims to support employers to be more inclusive when they are hiring people.
We want to hear from neurodivergent people to understand what the barriers are in getting a job. You do not have to have a job to participate.
We also want to hear from employers about the recruitment processes they use.
Involvement is voluntary. An honorarium will be offered for your involvement. This is your opportunity to contribute to a national project, empowering employers to confidently use inclusive recruitment practices.
