Resilience and well-being is a real buzz phrase at the moment – and for good reasons! Resilience and well-being are the basis to successful and meaningful engagement in the social, community and education settings.

Given co-occurring mental health issues are often significant for autistic individuals and well-being and resilience play a vital role in minimising mental health issues, this is an area of utmost importance. This session looks at:

  • Well-being and resilience in relation to characteristics of autism
  • Supports and strategies to improve well-being and resilience
  • Creating a true sense of belonging and why this is important

NDIS funding can be used for this workshop. For all NDIS funding, workshops will be included under:

Support item: 15_038_0117_1_3 (Training for carers/parents) $65.09 per hour.
