What ‘Home based learning 101’ covers
There are many benefits to your home learner and you as a home learning support person to having an appropriate and effective space set up. Autistic people generally prefer consistent, well organised and sensory supportive spaces. The presenter, Louise, will talk to you about where in the home to set up your space, why a designated space, what to include and how to modify the space to support sensory needs. There will also be time for questions and trouble shooting.

The three part series
Home based learning 101 – setting up a successful learning space’ is the first part to a three part series in response to the alterations to the start of the 2022 school year.
