Do you have an autistic child aged between 3 and 18? Autism SA’s therapeutic school holiday programs offer a unique opportunity for kids to have a fantastic time while developing important skills. These specially designed programs, led by experienced Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, offer an enjoyable and educational way for kids to spend their summer holidays.

Festive SPOT

The Festive SPOT 3-day program is an excellent choice for children on the autism spectrum. Here, children engage in a variety of fun activities that help them learn festive skills. This program supports self-advocacy and peer interactions through fun activities, enhancing language and motor skills. With a 1:1 ratio, we provide consistent support for individual communication and regulation needs. It’s a joyful way for your child to celebrate the holidays!

Aqua Skills program

Discover the joy of water activities and skill-building with Autism SA’s Kids Aqua Skills School Holiday Program! Designed for children aged 3-8, our program offers small group sessions with Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, focusing on water skills, communication, and social interactions. Cooking program

Explore our Cooking Group Program for teens aged 13-18, led by Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists. Social Engagement program

Get ready for a summer filled with growth and fun for your child. Our specialised program, designed for autistic children aged 5-12, focuses on enhancing social communication and regulation skills. Led by Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists at a 1:1 ratio, we ensure consistent support for each child’s unique communication and regulation needs. Knowing me & knowing you

A program for autistic children aged 13-17 focusing on fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a better understanding of the role autism plays in identity. Featuring interactive discussions, creative workshops, and self-exploration exercises to support children in their journey of self-discovery and building a positive self-esteem. The aim is for young people to feel comfortable and confident to explore their own identity and how it impacts on those around them. A program for autistic children aged 13 to 17, focusing on encouraging healthy relationships and connections with others, with a focus on cyber safety when interacting with people online. The program aims to empower with the knowledge and skills required to navigate relationships in the digital age safely. In this Fidget making group step into a world of sensory crafting magic! This gathering invite creative souls to explore crafting through a unique sensory experience while working on your fine motor skills and fostering a social connection.
