Good goal setting will guide, monitor and review an individual’s development and growth in a range of areas. As a support person, whether a professional or parent you will be required to create and consult on the goals of those you support. Never fear! There is an easier and better way to write goals and that is SMARTAR goals.
This session will look at:
- Why setting goals are important
- What SMARTAR goals are and why to set them
- How to write down a SMARTAR goal
- How to monitor and modify SMARTAR goals
