Step 1 – Register
Participants begin by registering with Inclusive Employment Australia, confirming eligibility for autism employment support.

Step 2 – Meet Your Consultant
Participants meet with a consultant trained in autism-informed and neuro-affirming practices, who takes time to understand:

  • goals and interests
  • strengths and skills
  • preferred work environments

Step 3 – Personalised Employment Plan
Together, a tailored employment pathway is created, which may include:

  • customised job opportunities
  • job readiness support
  • workplace coaching
  • introductions to inclusive employers

The goal is long-term employment that matches strengths and interests.
