The following items are available for loan to families registered for services with Autism SA
and to financial members.
It is the responsibility of metropolitan borrowers to pick up and return any items borrowed.
Non-metropolitan borrowers will be charged a postage cost
$10 (inc GST) for Hills, Victor, Barossa, Murray Bridge
$17 (inc GST) for the rest of South Australia (Some areas are not available - please enquire)
This payment can be made by cheque, (mailed with a cover note and Attention: Resource Centre on the front of the envelope) or by credit card over the phone.

Balance Board:

- Good for balance and coordination activities
- Can be used to sit on and help concentration when while reading and writing

- Can be used to aid concentration when sitting and also for balance activities
Weighted Vest:
Weighted Quilt:
- To be used only under the direction of a qualified occupational therapist
- A weighted quilt can be used to assist in relaxation times to assist with calming by providing deep pressure input
- The child can also lie under the quilt while working on an activity
Weighted Gloves:
- These gloves have a weighted pouch that rests on the back of the hand and is fingerless
- Offers help during fine motor or self help activities or strengthening exercises
